This is the first new council housing development in the London Borough of Camden for 30 years.

The development ranges from studio flats to four-bed houses. There is also 500 sq m of commercial space at ground level, built to a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’.

Air tightness requirements

On Chester Balmore, the client aimed for air tightness 20 times better than that required by Building Regulations.
